Feedback should point to the line, not just the score.

  1. Write your answer

Upload a photo of your handwritten copy, or type it directly on the platform.

  2. First pass on the rubric

The proposed first pass compares content, structure, expression, examples, and conclusion against a shared rubric.

  3. Human review is added

The workflow is designed for Rupesh Sir to adjust the feedback before it reaches the student.

  4. Improve the next answer

The returned copy keeps margin comments, a comparable score, and one clear focus for the next attempt.

Q3 · GS-II · 10 marks

"The Governor's discretionary powers sit uneasily with the spirit of cooperative federalism." Discuss.

Sample feedback

The Constitution grants the Governor discretion under Articles 163 and 200, intended as a safety valve. In practice, discretion has widened into government formation, reservation of bills and even summoning of the assembly.

Name the case: Nabam Rebia (2016) fits perfectly here.

Cooperative federalism, by contrast, treats states as equal partners. When discretionary power is exercised without stated reasons, it converts a constitutional head into a political actor and erodes trust between the Union and the states.

Good para. This is what the "discuss" directive wants.

Meet Rupesh Sir

Power IAS is built around one teacher's method: simplify History and Polity, connect the concept to previous-year questions, and leave students with something they can actually revise.

  • Focus subjects: History and Polity
  • Teaches through NCERT simplification and PYQ linkage
  • Creates compact one-liner revision notes
  • Broader subject coverage is part of the platform's future

The outcomes this experience is built for

Sir's one-liner notes are the only thing I revise in the last week before a test. Nothing else compresses so much into so little.
Foundation aspirant Preview quote
I could see exactly which part of the weekly plan was slipping instead of starting a new timetable every Monday.
UPSC 2027 aspirant Preview quote
The useful part was not the score. It was one margin note telling me what the next answer needed to do differently.
